Dinner Box strives to provide the best possible service to its customers and has put the appropriate measures in place to ensure that we comply with the Consumer Protection Act. Our refund policy is limited to defective products, packaging or delivery problems.
Perishable items cannot be returned due to the fact that a customer had a change of mind in respect of the particular item purchased or; for products that have been defrosted - this is due to public and food safety regulations.
Incorrect goods delivered must please be reported within 24 hours of delivery. Our team will gladly arrange pick up and replacement should an incorrect delivery be made.
All goods returned must be unopened and in the original packaging. We will either refund the product or exchange the product dependant on the merit of the situation.
We aim to finalise refunds within 7 working days. In the unlikely event that you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you must contact us within 7 working days of receipt of the delivery. We require your details in writing to be sent to info@dinnerbox.co.za. We reserve the right to limit refunds and replacements and will only offer one replacement per consumer.
